How To Use

For first time users we would always recommend following the instructions provided on the product and taking them 20-30 minutes before your workout. As with all supplements, different individuals will feel the effects at a different pace so you should adjust your time frame accordingly. 

If stacking your products you can either mix 1 serving of each together into the same shaker or take them separately, both ways will still produce the same awesome effects.
