Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We pride ourselves on a lean, efficient fulfilment process designed to provide the most comprehensive range of supplements.
- Standard Processing: We aim to prepare and dispatch most orders within 12 to 24 hours.
- Courier Collection Windows: Please be aware that while we work rapidly to prepare your order, the actual dispatch time depends on our delivery partners' daily collection schedules. Orders prepared after the daily courier collection has taken place will be held securely and dispatched on the following business day.
- Business Days: Fulfilment occurs Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will enter our processing queue the following business morning.
2. Courier Services & Delivery Times
During checkout, you may select from our premium delivery partners, chosen for their reliability and service quality:
- DPD (Next Day & Standard): Recommended for time-sensitive deliveries with industry-leading tracking. Once collected from our facility, DPD typically delivers within 1 business day (Next Day) or 2 days (Standard).
- Royal Mail (Tracked 24 & 48): A dependable service offering regular status updates. Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 business days following collection.
- DPD Collections: These typically occur earlier in the day. Orders placed or processed after the DPD driver has departed will be securely held for the next business day’s collection.
- Royal Mail Collections: These usually take place much later in the day. Choosing Royal Mail may increase the likelihood of your order leaving our facility on the same day it is packed, even if processed later in the afternoon.
3. Tracking & Delivery Support
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number.
- Initial Tracking Sync: Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your tracking number for the courier's system to update with the first scan following collection.
- When to Contact Us: To account for potential transit delays or missed collection windows, we kindly ask that you wait 3 business days from the date of your dispatch confirmation before contacting us regarding a delivery. This allows the courier sufficient time to attempt delivery during busy periods or external disruptions.
