Ingredients Breakdown

Juniper Berry Extract - Is a unique ingredient that has the ability to increase the effectiveness and uptake of caffeine in the body, supercharging it for more beneficial results. It has also been shown to reduce inflammation and flush unwanted, excess fluid from the body. Increasing the effectiveness of caffeine can allow us to get just as much kick out of a dose, preserving the adrenals and reducing the need to build up to higher doses. Juniper Berry will make a product more potent and hard hitting while reducing stress on the body.

N, N-Dimethylphenethylamine Citrate - Can help increase the amount of norepinephrine and dopamine in the body. Norepinephrine is one of the two main hormones that are found in large amounts during stress. As a neurotransmitter, it can affect the sympathetic nervous system. Norepinephrine triggers the release of glucose from glycogen. Blood flow to the skelteal muscles also increases. This can lead to improved oxygenation and the use of energy from the blood. Thanks to the use of this compound, you can loft more weights for a longer period of time. In addition, it helps to focus the mind during training, increasing concentration and allows you to make quick reactions. 

Infinergy - Helps to reduce fatigue, improve concentration, increase physical performance & boost thermogensis. In particular, it reduces sedation and relaxation by inhibiting the production of Adenosine, a chemical associated with sleep. This results in an increase in wakefulness, focus, better body coordination and an increase in performance in cardiovascular and anaerobic exercise.

N-methyltyramine HCL - Promotes the release of norepinephrine, which supports energy levels and promotes the release of various neurotransmitters, supporting alertness and energy. NMT is a stimulant often used to replace DMAA and works by boosting the effectiveness of phenylethylamine in the body. 

Citrulline Malate - Helps your body to reduce fatigue and maintain power. In particular, it helps your body to metabolise protein and nitrogen which relaxes blood vessels and promotes circulation. This results in an increase in Nitric Oxide production, reducing fatigue and preserving strength and power output during exercise.

Taurine - Has been shown to contain properties that assist in the regulation of muscular contraction and force during strength and aerobic activity. In particular, Taurine acts to increase muscle force production and enhance fatigue resistance from severe high intensity exercise by increasing the efficiency of the heart (stroke volume) and maintaining cell volume (osmoregulation).

S7 - Is a blend of 7 different plant based ingredients that have been clinically shown to increase Nitric Oxide production by up to 230%

Beta-Alanine - Improves athletic performance by reducing fatigue, increasing endurance and boosting performance in high-intensity exercises.

L-Theanine - has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, where it acts as a non-sedative relaxing agent. Specifically, L-Theanine works to block the binding of L-Glutamic Acid to Glutamate receptors in the brain, which results in the release of specific neurotransmitters that work to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

Astragin - Works to enhance bioavailability and drastically increase the absorption of Branched-Chain Amino Acids. Astragin Also promotes healthy gut lining and tight junction functioning, ultimately leading to associated effects like reduced inflammation in the intestinal lining.

Bioperine - Studies show that Bioperine can help enhance nutrient absorption, stabilise blood sugar levels, decrease inflammation, and boost brain function.

How to use

For first time use of Alpha Lion Superhuman Supreme Pre-Workout we would always recommend following the instructions on the label. 

Mix 1 serving of Alpha Lion Superhuman Supreme Pre-Workout 20-30 minutes prior to workout in a shaker. The amount of water used should be at-least 150ml but is personal preference. 

This product contains a high amount of stimulants so we would not recommend taking this for evening training sessions.
